Sign in, and it’s yours
Your licence is on the Google account with the email you paid with. Open XIRO, choose Sign in with Google, done. A licence key (it starts with XIRO-) and the download link also come by email within minutes.
Install & activate
Run the installer, which needs no admin rights, and paste your key. That computer becomes one of your three.

The setup wizard asks for your name, language, voice and AI key. Then just talk to it.

You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Email us and we'll send the details. As soon as the payment arrives, your licence is added to your Google email and the key is emailed, the same way as a card order.

How long does the launch price last?
Until the first 100 licences are sold. After that XIRO costs $74.50. You get the same lifetime licence, with every future update and three devices, and the price you pay is the only price you ever pay. As a one-time purchase at a reduced price it is a final sale (see the refund policy).
What does "lifetime updates" mean?
Every new version of XIRO is yours for as long as we make it, at no extra cost. When an update is ready, the app offers it and you install it with one click.
What do I need besides XIRO?
A Windows 10 or 11 computer with a microphone, and an AI to talk to: either a Google Gemini key (free from Google in a minute) or a model on your own computer through Ollama. The live voice conversation uses Gemini.
Why "three devices"? What if I get a new computer?
One licence works on three computers at once, for example your desktop, your laptop and an office PC. Getting a new one? Free up the old computer in the licence portal, or just ask us.
Does it work without the internet?
Typed work can run fully on a local model. The licence checks in now and then, and keeps working offline for two weeks between checks. The live voice conversation needs the internet.
Can I use it for my business?
Yes. Your licence includes commercial use, including the order desk that answers your customers.
How quickly can I start?
Paid by card, within minutes, automatically: sign in to XIRO with the Google account you paid with, or use the key from your email. Paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, we confirm the payment by hand, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours of confirming it. The delivery policy has the details.
What if I'm charged twice?
Tell us at any time and we return the extra payment in full. See section 4 of the refund policy.
Is my payment safe?
Payment is handled by our payment partner's secure checkout, and we never see your card. They also take care of sales tax and receipts in your country.
What about macOS and Linux?
XIRO is a Windows 10 and 11 app today. Versions for macOS and Linux aren't available yet.
Can I get a refund?
XIRO is a one-time digital licence at an already-reduced price, so sales are final and there are no refunds for a change of mind. If it won't install, activate or work as described on a computer that meets the requirements, and we can't fix it, you get a full refund. Duplicate payments are always returned, and your legal rights always apply. Please ask us anything before you buy. The refund policy has every detail.
